Raffle Prize Draw Rules (Terms & Conditions)

Prize Draw Rules… 

1. This prize draw is organised by the My Million to One Ltd. Company. It is governed by the laws of England and Wales.  2. No purchase is necessary to take part in this prize draw, however all entrants should be members of My Million to One.  3. The competition commences on the date stipulated on the adverts  and closes on the date stipulated on the adverts. The prize details are stipulated on the adverts.  4. Information provided by participants in registering for this competition will be used by My Million to One for the purposes of this prize draw only.  5. The winner will be drawn randomly by My Million to One at the end of the competition.  6. My Million to One’s decision concerning the determination of the winners will be final.   7. The winner will be notified by email before the prizes are dispatched. The prize will be dispatched within six weeks from the date of the prize draw.  8. If a winner does not confirm acceptance of the prize within 14 days, they will automatically forego the rights to claim for the prize.  9. There will be no cash alternatives to the prize.  10. My Million to One do not accept any responsibility for any occurrences resulting from the participants’ connection to the Internet.  11. In the event of circumstances arising outside of My Million to One’s control, they reserve the right to cancel, suspend or change the competition or any terms and conditions applicable to the prize draw at any time, without having to give reasons for its decision and without incurring any liability as a result.  12. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.  13. To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Million to One shall not be liable for any loss, injury, claim, liability, or damage of any kind resulting in any way from (a) any errors or omissions, technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment or software, or failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any web site, (b) the unavailability or interruption of the Competition, (c) any delay or failure in performance beyond the reasonable control of My Million to One or (d) any negligence of My Million to One or of its employees, contractors or agents in connection with the performance of our obligations under this agreement.  14. My Million to One shall not be liable to perform any of its obligations under the competition or in respect of the prizes where it is unable to do so as a result of circumstances beyond its control and shall not be liable to compensate you in such circumstances.
